Problem with retail

I am trying to set up our PAYG prices for PAYG customers, but for some reason they are coming up as classes? I need it to be a category on its own like merchandise or supplement, but isn’t a product but a service. I should be able just to click in either Adult pool or gym or both and put it through the till, but I currently don’t have that option or see it? For some reason on the POS side it comes up looking for stock when I have it selected as no stock required, meaning we can’t add it to our basket.

I have just added product ‘PAYG Child’ and now the ‘Status’ cell is not working and there is still no ‘Stock Required’ cell showing in edit. Current stock is still showing PAYG services under current stock as retail products.

If you go to Pool Venue. Click on AVAILABLE Tile 2pm for Sat 06-01-2024 , it does not open the POP-UP PAYG screen but if I clicked on the 8.30AM AVAILABLE TILE it will open the POP=up screen??

Is it possible to take the PAYG section off our customer app as they don’t have to prebook for the pool or gym.

If I make a second booking instead of placing it into the AVAILABLE tiles it places it into the same tiles as the current booking, giving the impression that there is space to hire when there is not?
