Q:

Member is trying to add her card to the app. A message came up to say app has a bug clear cache did this an app closes down. Tried again did the same. Can you help?

  • Follow these steps to fix the bug:

    Method 1:
    1. Long press on the Coral Leisure app.
    2. Select “App Info.”
    3. Click on “Force Stop.”
    4. Go to “Storage Usage” and click on “Clear Cache” and “Clear Data.”
    5. Recheck the app.

    Method 2:
    1. Uninstall the app.
    2. Restart your phone.
    3. Reinstall the app.

    If the issue persists, please contact support and provide the device version.
